After payment of your registration fee, kindly ensure the following:

  1. The final version of your paper must be uploaded in the Microsoft CMT portal and registration form (https://forms.gle/EyhXNincBhwMqpY4A) on or before 07 March 2026.
  2. Please be aware that every accepted submission must be presented at the conference to be considered for possible posting in the IEEE Xplore.

    A valid presentation consists of:

    • Submitting the IEEE Copyright Form
    • Registering for the conference by at least one author
    • Presentation of the paper in person by the registered author(s)
    • Use IEEE PDF Xpress to create the final PDF version of your paper

The guidelines for creating the account in IEEE PDF Xpress are given below:

  1. Log in to the IEEE PDF Xpress.
  2. First-time users should do the following:
    • Select Create Account
    • Enter Conference ID: 69615X
    • Enter your email address
    • Confirm email and password
    • Continue to enter information as prompted
    • An online confirmation and email verification will be sent
  3. Existing users should use the same password from previous conferences and verify that contact information is valid.

IEEE Copyright Form

The E-copyright is activated in your Microsoft CMT login, kindly submit it.

  1. Login to your CMT account and go to the WISPNET2026 author console.
  2. Click on Submit Copyright. There is an option to "click here" to redirect to the IEEE Copyright Web Site.
  3. Click it and complete the procedure. You will receive a PDF file to your email.
  4. Upload the received copyright PDF file in the Microsoft CMT WISPNET2026 author console.

Important Notes:

  1. All authors' names and title available in the paper must be the same in the E-copyright form.
  2. Additional (new) author inclusion in the camera-ready paper is not permitted.
  3. If any author name is missing, kindly add the name in the CMT author console first, then proceed with E-copyright and check whether it is reflected.
  4. Before creating a PDF in IEEE Xpress, add the copyright notice at the bottom of the first page (left aligned) of your source document:

  5. Proofread your source document thoroughly to ensure no revision is required before using IEEE PDF Xpress.
  6. The TPC of WISPNET 2026 takes extreme care while evaluating the technical and plagiarism content of the paper before acceptance. Plagiarism is the sole responsibility of authors if it is found in the camera-ready paper submitted by the authors.
