PAPER SUBMISSION (Closed)

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for publication in the WiSPNET 2025. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be done through the paper submission link (Microsoft platform). All submitted papers will be subject to an initial screening, including similarity checks, and those qualifying will undergo a peer review process.


All papers should adhere to the following guidelines:
  • All conference submissions should be written in English and be 4 to 5 pages long, including figures and tables. Please use 10-point Times New Roman font.
  • LaTeX is the preferred method to prepare you manuscript. Please use the standard LaTeX IEEE conference template: LaTeX IEEE conference templates
  • Alternatively, if you use Microsoft Word, please use the most current version, which will help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc. The Word template is available at: Word IEEE conference template
  • Please do not include page numbers or headers/footers.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference by the deadline.
  • Only papers presented at the conference will be forwarded for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

Final Paper Submission


For Papers Accepted after Peer Reviewing:

Kindly check the review comments in CMT Login, please revise your paper accordingly and prepare a final version. The final (Camera Ready) version of your paper should be uploaded to the CMT web portal on or before March 07, 2025.

Please be aware that every accepted submission must be presented at the conference to be considered for possible posting in the IEEE Xplore. A valid presentation at the conference consists of:

  • Submitting IEEE copyright form.
  • Submitting IEEE Xplore compatible PDF from PDF eXpress.
  • Registering for the conference at least by one of the authors.
  • Presentation of the paper in person by the registered author(s).


Submission Procedure


IEEE Copyright Form

The E copyright is activated in your CMT login, kindly submit it.

  1. Login to your CMT account, go to WiSPNET2025 author console.
  2. Click on submit copyright, there is option to "click here" to redirect to the IEEE Copyright Web Site.
  3. Click it and complete the procedure, you will receive a pdf file to your email.
  4. Upload the received copyright pdf file in the Microsoft CMT WiSPNET2025 author console.

Important Note:
  1. All authors' names and title available in paper must be the same in E-copyright form as well
  2. If any author name is missing, kindly add name in CMT author console first, then go for E-copyright, check whether it is reflected.

IEEE Xplore compatible PDF from PDF eXpress

Please use the IEEE PDF Express to create the PDF version of your paper for final submission. The guidelines for creating the account in IEEE PDF Express (for creating PDF version of your paper) is given below:


Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress
First-time users should do the following:
  1. Select Create Account.
  2. Enter the following:
    • 64060X for the Conference ID
    • Your email address, confirm email.
    • A Password.
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
  4. Presentation of the paper in person by the registered author(s).

    5. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent for verifying your account setup.
    Existing users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.


Important Note:
  1. Before Creating a PDF in IEEE Xpress, add the copyright notice to the bottom (footer) of the first page of your source document.

    2. For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

    For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-2422-7/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown

    For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-2422-7/25/$31.00©2025 European Union

  2. Proof read your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision before using IEEE PDF Express.
  3. Download the approved pdf from IEEE PDF Express and upload it as the camera ready paper in CMT WiSPNET 2025 author console.
  4. The TPC of WiSPNET 2025 takes extreme care while evaluating the technical and plagiarism content of the paper before the acceptance. Plagiarism is the sole responsibility of authors if it is found in the Camera-Ready Paper submitted by the authors.
  5. Additional (new) author inclusion in the camera-ready paper is not permitted.
